Our Web Design, SEO and Other Services Process

Our Process for Clients

Our web design process for our clients consist of professional and effective steps that allows us to create a smooth operation for all of our clients. Designing, developing, optimizing and launching a website is a tedious process that can take a lot of time to execute. This is why we created a professional and skilled action plan that allows us to give you a high-quality, user-friendly website but in a timely manner so you can jumpstart your business.

Our web design process is listed below step by step:

Potential client reaches out to us via contact form, phone or referral
After initial contact form is submitted and we receive it. We’ll send you a more detailed Google form via email to fill out. This allows us to gather extensive and imperative information we need to prepare for creating your website.
Once you complete the Google form that was emailed to you, you’ll receive a phone call from our lead web designer A’Ishah where our first briefing meeting will be scheduled.
You will then be required to confirm this meeting with an invite sent to you via email.
Meeting 1 > Briefing – at this meeting all of the initial information and vision for website will be discussed between us and client. Client will also be presented with a proposal that will be signed by both parties. Client will also make deposit for website at this meeting.
The research process for client’s website now starts. This includes keyword research, clients’ business industry research, etc.
Meeting 2 > Client will be presented with conclusion, data, media and content that will be implemented on website.
Then the design phase of website starts. This includes site architecture creation, home page and internal pages design, color scheme and more.
Meeting 3 > Another meet takes place for client to review the first draft of website. This is where client will provide feedback and input for website.
The development phase of website now starts. This is when the backend functionality of the site is configured.
The next phase is the SEO implementation. The amount of SEO application depends on which web design package client agrees to and pays for.
Testing of website now occurs.
Meeting 4 > We show final draft of website to client.
If necessary, we perform at additional requests client may have.
We now run final test of website.
The final version is presented to client
With client approval the website is launched
With site launch comes the website official submission to Google and sitemap submission to Google.

SEO Services Process

Similar to our web design process. We have a detailed and effective process that allows us to provide all of our clients with the best SEO services. Our step by step procedure is list below:

Potential client contacts us and inquires about our SEO services.
Once we gather initial information an email will be sent to potential client with an extended form (Google Form) for client to provide further details.
Once Google Form is submitted by client and our team receives it, we perform a soft version of a SEO audit for your current site.
A customized proposal is then prepared for you as the potential client based on your form responses and SEO site audit.
Meeting 1 > Briefing meeting takes place where research and data that was collected for potential client is presented along with proposal and site audit. If client accepts our SEO services terms, an agreement is signed by both parties and a deposit is made.
The research phase is now started for SEO client, which includes a thorough research of clients’ business industry, keyword planning and more.
Meeting 2 > A follow-up meeting takes place where research and data that’s been concluded is now presented to client with step by step game plan. This is also where official access to clients’ website, hosting and other related platforms are granted.
Our SEO services are scheduled to be implemented and performed for client.
At the end of the month client is due to pay remaining balance of fee.

Additional Services

Our additional services including digital marketing, web content writing, paid ads management and more all have a similar on boarding process to our SEO services. The step by step procedure for our monthly services is listed below:

After initial contact form is submitted and we receive it. We’ll send you a more detailed Google form via email to fill out. This allows us to gather detailed information that enables us to do a deep dive on your website with.
Once you complete the Google form you’ll receive a phone call from company owner A’Ishah where our first briefing meeting will be scheduled.
Client will then be required to confirm this meeting with an invite sent via email.
Meeting 1 > Briefing – at this meeting all of the initial information regarding services client is interested in will be discussed. Client will also be presented with a proposal that will be signed by both parties. Client will also make deposit for service at this time. Deposit amount is 50% of monthly fee.
A thorough research is then done based around whatever service client has signed up for.
We then start the hands on process of performing our services.
Mid way through the month we update client with data and charts to display performance level and growth.
At the end of the month client is expected to pay remaining balance.

Small Business Online Marketing - Entrepreneur Guide Process

Our unique and customized Small Business Online Marketing – Entrepreneur Guide that gives you step by step assistance on how to run your own business is a one time service. However, with this service there’s still a process we create to make it a smooth and successful procedure as possible. The steps to this process is listed below:

Small business owners and entrepreneur interested in taking their brand to the next level will fill out an extended and detailed form on our Small Business Online Marketing – Entrepreneur Guide Page.
Once we receive the form we’ll notify client via email.
We then perform a deep dive of your current business. This includes keyword research, your company competitors, projected budget and more.
Once our customized entrepreneur guide is complete we’ll send client an invoice via email.
Once invoice of $395 is paid in full we’ll email client their Tailor Made – Entrepreneur Guide.
