A-List Web Design and SEO Services offers refunds for all of our services with the exception to our “Small Business Online Marketing – Entrepreneur Guide.”
We provide professional, high-quality and attentive services. However, we understand sometimes a refund may still be necessary for reasons beyond both parties control. Which is why our refund policy is fair and considerate to the client as well as us as a company.
Below is our official refund policy for each service we provide.
Web Design:
All of our web design clients are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days website project. Day 1 officially starts on the day that both parties sign the web design agreement.
Requesting a refund after 7 days from the start of your website creation but within 16 days will result in a partial refund. The partial refund is 50% (half) of your deposit fee. Since at this stage in the process the deposit is the only fee that’s being made. A partial refund can only be made during this time frame due to the research and design work that has already been put into your website. This allows for the team of web design team to be appropriately compensated for their time and dedication.
A refund requested after 16 days in the process will unfortunately have to be denied. During this time in the web design process a significant amount of work has been completed.
We encourage clients to be as descriptive and transparent as possible during the beginning and first review stages of the web design process to eliminate any cause or reason to desire a refund. This is why we give our clients a substantial amount of time to review our work and provide feedback early on in the process.
Our SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Web Content Writing and Web Development & Debugging Services are all provided to clients on a month to month basis and payments are made each month. Both clients and us (A-List Web Design and SEO Services) each have the right to end the contract at anytime during our collaboration together. However, to help make the discontinuation an easy process, we encourage our clients to cancel either at the beginning or end of the month.
A full refund of the deposit (50% of monthly fee total) will be issued for whatever service client currently has if client cancels within the first 7 days of the month.
If client cancels services after the first 7 days of the month yet before the first 15 days of the month, client will receive a partial refund of monthly fee deposit.
If client cancels services after 15 days into the month, unfortunately a refund will not be issued at this point. However, client will still receive full service of the current package they have until the month is over. Then contract between both parties will be expired and not renewed.
Small Business Online Marketing – Entrepreneur Guide:
Due to the custom nature and exclusivity of our Small Business Online Marketing – Tailor Made Entrepreneur Guide this one time service doesn’t qualify for a refund. However, if client doesn’t feel satisfied with the step by step guide we present for their business, we can modify your guide.
One Time Services:
Any of our one-time services unfortunately are not eligible for a refund. However, if a client isn’t satisfied with any of these one-time services we will modify and update the work hoping to accommodate client.
How refunds will be processed:
All refunds whether full or partial will be issued to clients through the same payment method their initial payment was made on. It may take 3-5 business days depending on the client’s bank, credit or debit card, etc.
